High-strength & Corrosion-resistant Base Frame
The shuttle bus adopts a high-strength and corrosion-resistant base frame. The main beam of the frame is made of 100X50mm large-section rectangular tubes, which are stamped as a whole. The longitudinal beam of the frame is tightly welded to the cross beam, and the pressure bearing capacity of the bus is stronger.
Advanced MacPherson Independent Suspension
Hulk Vehicle's Electric Shuttle Bus adopts MacPherson independent suspension, with the left and right wheels independently connected to the frame. This not only simplifies the structure, reduces weight, but also reduces body tilting and vibration, which is beneficial for improving driving stability of the bus.
High Efficiency Mechatronic Rear Axle
The shuttle bus uses an electromechanical integrated rear axle, and the drive motor is directly installed on the rear axleto achieve higher transmission efficiency. The electric drive axle is designed with a two-gear box, which can automatically switch between high and low gears according to the road gradient, thus providing more power for climbing.
Electronic Power Steering System
